Stay tuned!

As you might have already seen on Snapchat we were last week in Hamburg to visit the Douglas Blogger Breakfast.
On the evening of the first day we were having dinner in the beautiful Park Hyatt Hamburg, more precisely in the restaurant APPLES to experience Hamburg’s finest cuisine. We had so many meetings and stress in Hamburg that this peaceful evening was a welcome change and my boyfriend and I had time for us.
The APPLES is a very well managed restaurant in which you directly feel comfortable. The lighting is nice and quiet and the service leaves nothing to be desired. Since I am currently in my fasting period (and therefore live a vegan lifestyle) selecting my food was a bit difficult for me, but the nice waiter always had a great solution for me. My boyfriend opted for the 5-course menu with wine and was really excited about it (while I looked enviously at his food of course :P). Just take look at the pictures: The good quality of the food and the attention to detail the cause is instantly recognizable.
I always look at the prices; as to me price/performance is very important. Although Hamburg is a rather expensive city in general, you really get something for your money in the APPLES restaurant. The 5-course meal including wine accompaniment for example, costs 79 euros. For 5 meals and 5 glasses of wine served in such a beautiful place I think the price is not excessive.
After lunch we set ourselves for quite a while in the super cozy bar adjacent to the restaurant and end the wonderful evening at leisure.
So, if you are in Hamburg, check out the APPLES restaurant! You even might be able to spot some Stars as they prefer the quiet and comfy atmosphere in this exquisite 5 star hotel!
By the way: Soon there will be very great news, I can not wait to share with you! Stay tuned!
