Am Abend des letzten Tages haben wir uns im Grand Hyatt Berlin zum Dinner eingefunden. Wir haben während des Dinners über alles Mögliche gequatscht und einen besseren Abschluss für die Fashion Week hätte ich mir nicht wünschen können.
Das Essen im VOX Restaurant des Grand Hyatt’s war wirklich fabelhaft und das junge Küchenteam ist einfach mega sympathisch. Küchenchef Benjamin Haselbeck und Patissier Benjamin Donath haben uns ihre Favoriten empfohlen und uns durch den gesamten Abend begleitet. Besonders die Nachtischkreationen, und das hervorragende Sushi sind mir in Erinnerung geblieben. Wasabi zum Beispiel wird vor euren Augen auf echter Haifischhaut gerieben…crazy! Selbst kurz vor Mitternacht war im Restaurant noch richtig viel los und direkt nebenan kann man in der Hotelbar bei Livemusik und leckeren Cocktails den Abend ausklingen lassen. Während der Berlinale und der Fashion Week könnt ihr dort auch immer mal wieder Stars und Sternchen sehen. Also: Augen auf!
Insgesamt kann ich euch das Restaurant wirklich sehr empfehlen!
Bzgl. Preise in der Karte geworfen und kann euch versichern: ihr werdet nicht arm dort. In meinen Augen ist gutes Essen ein Teil der Lebensqualität, sollte aber wie ich finde trotzdem für uns alle erschwinglich sein. Deshalb würde ich euch nie etwas empfehlen, wo euch erst mal die Kinnlade herunter klappt, wenn ihr die Rechnung serviert bekommt :D.

On the evening of the last day we arrived for dinner at the Grand Hyatt Berlin. Over dinner we chatted about everything and for us it was the perfect ending of the Berlin Fashion Week.
The food in the VOX restaurant of the Grand Hyatt was really fabulous and the young kitchen team is very sympathetic. Chef Benjamin Haselbeck and Pastry Chef Benjamin Donath recommend their favorites and accompanied us throughout the evening. Especially the dessert creations and the excellent sushi last in my memories. The wasabi, for example, is rubbed on real sharkskin in front of your eyes… crazy! Check it out on my video!
Even around midnight the restaurant was still really busy and right next door you can enjoy the evening in the hotel bar with live music and delicious cocktails. During the Berlin Fashion Week and the Berlinale you even might be able to spot stars and starlets from time to time at the hotel bar. So keep your eyes open!
Overall, I can highly recommend this restaurant!
Regarding the prices on the menu I can assure you: A dinner here wont make you poor. In my view, good food is a part of life quality, yet it should be affordable. So I would never recommend something to you, where your jaw drops down when you get served the bill :D.
